Our very own Noble Coyote Sal de Gusano is made by the mother of one of our maestro mezcaleros using a secret family recipe.

 

We use only the highest quality salt, chile de arbol and toasted and ground gusano de maguey (agave worms) sourced in Oaxaca, Mexico.

 

Our authentic sal de gusano is the perfect companion to Noble Coyote Mezcals served either on the rim of a shot glass or on fresh orange slices.
